Dear Resident,
On 10th February 2026 between 16:00 to 18:30, an unknown suspect has attended the location where the victim’s motorcycle was parked at the roadside. The motorcycle is a keyless‑start vehicle, and the suspect has used unknown means to start the bike and make off with it unseen.
